I know it is hard, but you really need to let your new drama noodle settle in and consume a few meals before you handle him/her. Then, no more than 1 X daily and at least 2 days post meals to prevent regurgitation from stress. Again, remember that your little hoggie is small in a big world and needs to feel secure. They naturally are equipped with a defensive attitude but they are bluffers, putting on a show. Just move with deliberate confident movements and they should settle down when in hand.
